OBJECTIVES OF CHAIRMAN AND HIS COMMUNITY FARMING (ORGANIC) CLUSTER GROUP
The key objective of Mr. S. Dheenadhayalan, our Chairman is to bring awareness among the people regarding the importance of nature and its benefits for life on earth.
He aims at developing young entrepreneurs and by giving them the support system, he makes them successful in the Agri industry.
As a senior citizen in India, he prefers to have a healthy and peaceful life with his family and friends by engaging in Community Farming activities and the concept of farm tourism.
Based on his experience in management consulting for many years, he visualizes the following decade to be dominated by the Agri industry when it comes to the country’s GDP. Trained and skilled HR for employment shall be made readily available in the Agri market environment thereby enabling the industry to achieve the expected market domination situation.
Once the model farm becomes a success, he has a goal to take it up as a Village Economy Zone (VEZ) business model to other identified areas such as Solavandhan, Madurai, Thoraiyur, Trichy, Papanasam, and Thirunelveli.

Thapovan is promoted by Mr. S. Dheenadhayalan, a visionary concept entrepreneur in the Agri segment. An HRD professional and a management consultant for more than 40 yrs from 1980 (www.leadhi.in), after his fifties he decided to settle down in an Agri atmosphere upon professional retirement.
His journey in agriculture started in 2008. Initially, he experimented with agriculture in a small way and kept himself engaged with it until a couple of years. He made use of his farmhouses and those of his friends for the initial activities. After 2016, his focus shifted to the concept of now widely popular Community Farming (Organic) and Farm Tourism and Farmstay Accommodation model in the tourism industry.
